For Adrian and Adam, racing started as a personal adventure. It has become a reason to do something that lasts beyond their own time on the grid.

Hayano’s long-term focus is helping young racers from FAB Racing, British Mini Bikes and beyond prepare for progression, and remain on track when the costs outgrow what their families can sustain.

Our ambition is to bring together practical funding, coaching, race preparation and help telling each rider’s story. Results matter. So do preparation, attitude, teamwork and the willingness to learn.

We want bigger teams and sponsors to see riders who are ready for an opportunity: a clear record of progress, a professional public profile and the habits to make the most of their support. Progression towards Moto4 and ultimately Moto3 is a long-term ambition; every next step must suit the rider’s readiness and the opportunities available.

Our next chapter starts with number 30.

Josh joins Hayano as our first supported young rider. He has also started racing 70cc machinery and has competed on it during part of the 2026 season, building experience for his next step. In FAB Racing’s Metrakit MK-MiniGP50 class, his results show strong progress. He finished fourth in the 2025 championship and sits third in the published 2026 standings after six rounds.

His 2026 highlights include first overall at Rowrah with 70 points, following fifth overall at Hooton Park and fourth at Ellough Park.

Three Sisters, Wigan · 11–13 September 2026. Josh showed real determination in a tough weekend. Pushing hard in difficult conditions, he crashed in practice on both the 50cc and 70cc bikes, with the setbacks costing him positions in qualifying. He regrouped and made up places in the races, bringing home 37 points in MK-MiniGP50 to hold onto third in the championship with 250 points after six rounds. He also added 30 points in MK-MiniGP70. A hard-earned weekend and a response we’re proud of. Well done, Josh!
